A Roman coin, (possibly a contemporary copy) of the House of Constantine (a Caesar under Constantine I), dating to AD 326-7 (Reece Period 16). VIRTVS CAESS reverse type around camp-gate with with wide open doors and 4 turrets; star above. Minted at Arles in RIC VII pp. 267-8, cf. nos. 303 passim and 311 passim.The coin is very thin and extremely worn.
