An eroded copper-alloy Roman radiate of Carausius (AD 286-93) (Reece Period 14), M[ONET]A AVG, Moneta standing left with scales and cornucopiae. Unattributed Mint. RIC V, pt 2, pp. 533, cf. 854-8 for general types. Both faces are very worn and the coin is damaged around the edge, making the inscription difficult to discern. Dimensions. Weight: 2.04.
