One face has tool marks radiating from the corner, covering the surface. Description: The objects is roughtly rectangular with 3 equally spaced wavy lines on each of its' wide faces and one on the two thing long faces. Sub-circular stone disc with fairly flat faces probably representing the original stone surface. There is no sign that the edges of the stone were trimmed, all have been smoothed off somewhat by wear, possibly natural erosion as well as use, suggesting the shape is of some antiquity. It seems likely that the stone was chosen for its shape rather than being shaped to order. There is an 'hour glass' shaped hole cut through the disc face and located towards one edge. Stone prehistoric loom or net weight, (2150BC-100AD). The object is a sub-oval stone which has been worked to create a weight used with either a loom or a net. At the narrower end of the object, a hole has been bored through from one side of the stone to the other, creating a perforation with which to attach the weight. Undatable copper alloy conical weight or casting sprue, weighing 43.47g. It stands 30.34mm in height and has a diameter of 25.46mm at its base, which is rough. All original patina is lost. The object is not a perfect cone but lists to one side. The top does not narrow to a point but rather flattens to a point. Bronze Age to Post-Medieval in date.

A probable triangular shaped loom weight made out of fired clay. It is subrectangular in shape, and the underside demonstrates a semi circular depression. The sherd is 31.49mm thick and weighs 169.1g. It is 76.73mm long and 72.80mm wide. The fabric is similar to that published as GR2 (fine grog/clay pellet with some leached shell) in McSloy 2007, p 25, dated to the Bronze Age (c.2150 BC to c.800 BC) but without the fossil shell.
