An incomplete circular lead weight or spindle whorl with a central perforation. The spindle whorl is biconical in shape and has been highly decorated. The spindle tapers from the central perforation to the outer edge. Both faces of the spindle are decorated with raised linear designs which could be letters. The lead has gone a light greyish-white. Due to a lack of context this weight must remain undated.

A large circular lead weight. The weight is undecorated and it has not been perforated. But part of a stamp is still visible and it appears to read 3I. The weight is well rounded. The weight appears to be complete. The lead is a dark whitish-grey colour. It weighs 111 grams, which is 4 oz.

A large weight made of lead. The weight is tear-drop shaped, but the reverse is completely flat. The weight is undecorated. The lead has gone a light greyish-white colour. Some damage has occurred to the weight as a result of being hit by the plough, as several scratches and scars are evident on the surface of the weight. This weight is possibly medieval, but most probably post-medieval in date. Due to that fact that so few lead weights have been found in archaeological contexts, only a very broad date range can be allocated.
