A Post-Medieval copper-alloy trade weight, dating to AD 1625 - 1685. The upper surface has a thick rim and three stamps; a crowned C for Charles I or II; a Ewer (for the London Founder's Company) and a sword (The sword of St. Paul for the City of London Guildhall). These marks date this weight to 1625-1685. The underside is heavily scratched. Diameter: 35.23 mm Weight: 27.4 g

A complete Medieval - Post Medieval lead shield shaped weight, dating to AD 1350-1900. The weight is sub-triangular with rounded edges and a raised boarder on one face. The shield is worn and damaged with no surviving decoration. The shield has been pierced under in the centre under its flat top. Length: 61 mm Width: 46 mm Weight: 244 g Biggs and Withers (2000, p.34-6) suggest that shield-shaped lead weights were introduced in the second half of the 14th century AD and remained in use as late as the 17th, 18th and even 19th centuries.

Undated lead alloy object probably a weight, 72mm in length, 42mm wide and 15mm thick with a weight of 217g. The object has an elongated oval form and a semi-circular cross section. It would have been made by creating a simple casting well as is most probably a quickly manufactured weight. It is similar to one found nearby Found clos eto a similar shaped weight LEIC-85C092

Post Medieval copper alloy trade weight, 7mm thick and 29mm in diameter with a weight of 28.03g. The object is circular in form and rectangular in cross section with a rectangular cross sectioned lip around its upper edge. Inside this lip the object has a circular depression c.6mm in diameter and is stamped with an Adverpois (A), a sword in St Georges crest, a ewer and a crowned W. It weighs just under 1 ounce, which was issued as a new weight standard from 1826. This one is from the reign of William IV, dating it to 1830-7.

Late medieval copper alloy weight, 1400-1500. Thickness: 4 mm, diameter: 18 mm, weight: 5.58 g The weight is circular in form and rectangular in cross section. It has a raised upper border and is stamped with a crown and a possible second symbol on either side of a central circular recess. Biggs (p.48) notes 15th century weights which were just stamped with a crown and also comments that they are similiar to coin weights which are also stamped with a lis, used to weigh nobles and dating to the 1420s.
