A large lead weight of uncertain date. This artefact weighs 101.98g (c.3.60oz) is hemispherical in shape with a diameter of 38.3mm and depth of 19.1mm. The change in angle between the domed and flat surfaces is gently rounded edge. None of the surfaces show any obvious decoration. However, at the approximate centre of the flat surface there is the remains of an iron component. This component appears to be a very worn break, which is level with the lead surface.
