An incomplete cast lead and iron Roman steelyard weight dating to c.AD 43-410. A bi-convex lead weight with evidence of iron at one terminal. Originally an iron rod would have passed through it and the uppermost would have housed a separate iron loop. Patinated.  Height: 37.98 mm, Width (waist): 22.99 mm, Weight: 72.32g
