A complete copper-alloy strap end of medieval date, c.AD 1150 - 1450. The object comprises two heater shield shaped plates joined together at the lower pointed terminal. The opposite end is open, though joined with a central rivet. The sides of the plates are broadly parallel. The upper surface of one plate is decorated with a shallowly incised triangle flanked by pellets. The metal has a mid-green patina and is worn. An incomplete copper alloy plate, likely from a strap end or another form of strap fitting, dating to the medieval period (c.AD 1200-1400). The object is a thin rectangular plate and is incomplete at one end. The face is decoratd with punched dots around the border. Two rivet holes are present, one positioned in the centre, the other at the complete end. The reverse is undecorated and presents the convex impressions of the punched decoration on the face. An incomplete copper alloy Medieval strap end dating from about AD 1200 - 1450. Only one plate of the strap end survives. It is rectangular sheet metal with one end being biconcave. The sides are straight as is the other end. There is a single copper alloy rivet at the shaped end in the centre.  Measurements are; length 19.1mm, width 12.4mm, thickness (including the incomplete attachment pin)  3.4mm and weight 0.94g. The body of the object is 0.7mm thick.

A fragment of a copper alloy Medieval strap end dating from about AD 1200 - 1400. It has two pieces surviving, one cast and one sheet plate. It may originally have had a second sheet plate and the cast plate may be a spacer. The closed end is rounded with a central knop. The attachment end is incomplete. There is a single surviving rivet in the middle of the closed end. Measurements are; length 18.9mm, width 11.1mm, thickness 4.4mm and weight 1.77g.

The sides of the spacer and plates taper slightly to a rounded terminal with knoped protrusion. The attachment end is fluted. Both plates appear undecorated. A copper alloy strap end of Early Medieval date, Thomas class E3, dating from AD 900-1100. The strap end is tongue-shaped (sub-rectangular with a pointed end), with a straight upper edge which splits to accommodate the strap. There are the remains of two copper alloy rivets through the split part. A raised double longitudinal ridge runs down the centre of the front. The front face is also covered with stamped ring and dot motifs. the back is plain. The strap end is 31.1mm long, 15.7mm wide and 4.7mm thick. It weighs 7.64g. It has a grey patina.

A worn, near complete copper-alloy Anglo-Scandinavian strap-end, dating from about AD 1000-1100. Below the broken terminal there is an incised line and a wide groove with two drilled holes on the lower edge.
