Fragment of cast copper alloy from a probable form of personal ornament or fitting of Early Medieval date, c.600–900. The fragment is sub-square in plan and rectangular in cross section. On one edge, central to the face, sits an incomplete angled sub-rectangular projection. On the adjacent edge there should be an opposing projection, this is missing. It is decorated with nine punched ring and dots in a three by three formation. This type of decoration is typically Anglo-Saxon in date. The reverse is plain. Identification is uncertain. Cast copper alloy bracelet with a rectangular section. The object comprises a broken length of a probable multiple motif hook and eye clasp bracelet. The terminal including the eye of the clasp is intact enough for identification as such. This terminal shows a broken sub-plate with a perforation visible. Coming down the surviving length of the object, decoration comprises incised vertical lines. The motif changes with a small lip and the bracelet becomes slightly more round before the break. The reverse of the object is not decorated.

The precise identification of the object is uncertain, however it resembles Roman fibula brooches or perhaps bracelets, and therefore has been recorded as possibly a Personal Ornament. The style and patina suggest a Roman date The object is a length of moulded cast copper alloy which is predominately circular in section, however the concave surface is slightly flattened and worn, perhaps suggesting it may have been a well worn bracelet.
