A Post Medieval gold memento mori finger ring dated 1677. The finger ring has a D-shaped cross-section and it is decorated with an engraved skull in part profile. There are traces of black enamel surviving in some of the engraved lines. The inscription on the internal surface reads: "Remember E : H ob.t 16 9br : 77". There is also a maker's mark - a rectangular stamp reading "RM". Dimensions: diameter: 19.94mm; width: 3.92mm; thickness: 1.09mm; weight: 2.68g.
