A Post Medieval counter stamped copper alloy milled coin dating from about AD 1700 - 1950. The coin is smooth and illegible. It is smaller than a Victorian penny, but larger than a half penny. On one face, the letters "R•W" are stamped in relief within a rectangular cartouche which has a zigzag edge. The W is in the form of two overlapping Vs. The coin has a diameter of 28.4mm; thickness 1.8mm; weight 7.23g.
