Radiate, corroded and worn and broken around two holes pierced for suspension. The silvery metal and style suggest a mid 3rd century date but it is completely illegible. The holes are about 1.4mm in diameter and 2mm apart, and originally probably within 2mm of the edge, above and right of the bust.

An extremely worn silver Roman radiate of uncertain 3rd century AD ruler, probably c.238-260 AD. Reverse: Uncertain female(?) figure standing left right arm raised, left hand holding transverse(?) sceptre. The coin has extensive copper-alloy corrosive products on both faces but appears to be largely silver, perhaps a base silver radiate.
