The edge of the coin has been hammered inwards, raising the edge to form a rim on both faces and completely obscuring the legend. The coin is also very worn, and the reverse is totally illegible. Unclear reverse type, probably AETERNITAS S C: Aeternitas, veiled, draped, seated, left on starry globe, extending right hand and holding transverse sceptre in left. Probably as RIC III Antoninus Pius 1159a (dupondius) Mint of Rome. Measurements: 28.9mm diameter, 3.1mm thickness, weight 11.97g.
