Here we have a 2nd century AD, copper alloy Roman Sestertius, probably of Faustina Junior, the daughter of Antoninus Pius and wife to Marcus Aurelius (161-180). As is often the case, the coin is in a dreadful condition with just the hint of the portrait to the obverse and a standing figure, possibly of Hilaritas, on the reverse. The coin has a dark green patina but no further identification is possible.
