A Roman sestertius of Faustina II (AD 147-75), reverse: probably AVGVSTI PII FIL around Spes standing right, head left, right hand extended, left raising robe (AD 147-61, Reece period 8). Mint of Rome. Measures c.29mm, weighs 15.14g, die axis 6, worn with considerable edge damage.
