This is a Coin of British Association, many such pieces being found inthe Sacred Spring at Bath (Walker 1988, pp. 294 & 297-8, nos. 73-132 & 136-288).

A copper-alloy Roman dupondius of Antoninus Pius (AD 138-61) dating to the period AD 153-156 (Reece Period 7), LIBERTAS COS IIII S C, Libertas standing left holding pileus and vertical sceptre. Mint of Rome. RIC III, p. 142, cf. no. 933 (struck AD 154-5). This is probably a Coin of British Association, a significant number of RIC 933 being found in the Sacred Spring at Bath (Walker 1988, p. 297 and pl. XXXV, no. 20 passim). This coin could also be RIC 908, 920 or 950.
