A Roman copper alloy Sestertius of Antonius Pius. The coin has been very badly worn down and has some loss around the edges resulting in a square shaped coin. The bust of the coin has been almost wiped away but a faint outline is still visible. Most likely a MONETA AVG reverse type featuring a central, standing figure. The letter "O" is still visible but the rest of the legend has been worn away. The obverse is very similar with only "[...] PIVS PP [...]" remaining on the legend.
