A silver short cross cut half of John (AD 1199-1216), probably Class 5 (AD 1204-1209). Uncertain moneyer and mint, although partial inscription suggests a choice between Ailwine (Oxford), Coldwine/Goldwine (Canterbury and London), or Godwine (Worcester).

A copper alloy silver plated contemporary copy of a shilling of Charles I (AD 1625-1649). The coin has a thin sheet of silver over the top onto which the dies were stamped; the coin has been folded in half which exposes the copper core. One half of the silver has been worn smooth while the other bears the base of the oval royal shield. Due to the condition of the coin a closer date cannot be offered.

A hammered silver post-medieval penny of Charles I (AD 1625-1649). The coin is worn restricting reading and closer classification of the coin. It has also has been pierced, possibly for suspension, but as there is no evidence to suggest that the coin ceased to circulate as currency it has not been put forward as a potential candidate for Treasure under the Treasure Act.

A collection of four copper alloy Rose farthings dating from the reign of Charles I (AD 1625-1649). All but one of the coins is badly worn and this one coin is pictured. The obverse has a double arched crown and a crescent mintmark, as does the reverse. North Rose Type 2 (Vol 2) p165 no. 2291. Spink (2008) No. 3206. The four coins have a combined weight of 3.5gms.
