A complete silver possible coin, of possible Roman dating (AD 43 to AD 410). The possible coin is misshapen, possibly due to having been subjected to a heat source. Both the obverse and reverse are unclear. It is possible to make out the remains of probable letters along one edge, reading [ ]IVS[ ]. Diameter: 13.70 mm Thickness: 1.93 mm Weight: 1.3 g. The identification of this artefact as a coin is only a possibility, due to the shape and thickness. It is possibly a piece of undiagnostic casting waste.

A fragment of a probably late Medieval to early Post-Medieval silver coin of foreign issue. Although one face is illegible with unidentifiable decoration, the other face clearly begins with + BRI. The face with the legible legend also seems to be decorated with a flat-topped object, such as a shield, with a fleur extending from each of the remaining upper corners and a further elongated fleur extending from the object's centre. The coin is in a significantly fragile state and has broken into two pieces after discovery.

A small silver disc - possibly a coin blank of uncertain date. Although without parallel the disc is recorded due to its findspot. One side is domed whilst the other is very slightly dished. Both sides are marked, but no discernible pattern is present. The finder has commented on the similarity between this and small silver units from the late Iron Age. An extremely worn and illegible silver coin, probably of Medieval to Post-Medieval date. Both the obverse and reverse are completely worn and are now illegible as are both the obverse and reverse legends. The thinness of the flan suggests that it was probably a struck rather than milled coin. The flan has been bent into a stretched 'S' shaped profile and as such may well have been used as a love token. Die axis is uncertain. Weight is 1.54g, diameter is 19.3mm and thickness is 0.6mm.

An incomplete silver coin, possibly ancient although a more recent date cannot be ruled out entirely. Half of the coin is missing due to possibly recent breaks, while both surfaces are illegible, with pitting and bubbling that appear to be as a result of exposure to heat or fire. This coin may be as early as Roman in date, although a much later Post-Medieval date is equally plausible.

Silver coin. A medieval or post-medieval hammered coin, with faint indications of an inner circle on one side, and of a discrete rim on the other. Robustly cleaned and possibly flattened, whether recently or in antiquity is uncertain. The mass might suggest this to have been a worn medieval penny or a post-medieval halfgroat. A sub-circular white-metal disc of uncertain age and function, measuring 11.8mm in diameter and weighing 0.97g. Both faces appear mutilated and it is impossible to discern an intentional design on either. The object is not concave/ convex which suggests it is not an Iron Age coin, and the metal has a dull grey appearance, not concurrent with ancient silver.

An extremely worn silver coin. The coin weighs 1.9g, has a diameter of 19.4mm and thickness of 0.6mm. The thinness, look and feel of this coin would suggest a hammered rather than milled coin. No legend is even slightly visible on either the obverse or reverse. One side of the flan seems to show the ends of a laureate tie, reverse head profile, forehead and upper nose profile of a head or bust right. It is important to note that the end of the ribbon tie almost touched the edge (or current edge) of the flan, thus allowing no space for a legend. The other side of the flan is worn…

A heavily eroded and corroded silver coin like disc of uncertain date - the find is thicker than a milled coin and looks as if it has been struck rather than milled. It is also thicker than conventional medieval and post medieval struck / hammered coins (based on its relevant size). Therefore, it is possibly a debased Roman coin of some sort. A silver object, probably a coin, of uncertain date. The coin is worn and misshapen with no diagnostic features remaining. The condition of the coin suggests it has been melted.
