Worn, corroded and heavily encrusted coin, of uncertain date, possibly Roman based on associated find – see WREX-CF5DBA. The coin, which could be either copper alloy, or very poorly preserved base silver, is attached to a piece of corroded iron of uncertain date or form. Measurements: Coin diameter: 15.9mm; thickness: 2.1mm; length of iron object: 20.1mm; width of iron object: 11.1mm; thickness of iron object: 9.8mm; total weight of coin and adhering iron object: 4.58g
