A complete Medieval gold Angel of Edward IV (second reign) (AD 1471-1483). Standard type D (North 1626), initial mark: peirced cross with pellet in one quarter dating to early AD 1480-12th February 1483. London mint. North (1991: 92). The left hand edge of the coin on the obverse has been bent over.  Coin measures 29.5mm in length and 24.5mm in width.
