A possible lead-alloy or high lead copper-alloy probable contemporary copy of a Roman nummus of Constantine I (AD 306-337), dating to the period AD 317-318 (Reece period 16). SOLI INVIC-TO COMITI revere type depicting Sol standing right, head turned left, raising right hand and holding globe in left. Prototype of the Mint of Trier. Cf. RIC VII, p. 176, no. 165. The coin has a pale white/cream patination, which suggests a high lead content. Measurements: 19.23mm in diameter, 1.73mm thick and 2.82g in weight.

A post-medieval gilded lead-alloy contemporary copy of a Spanish 4 reales of Philip II (1556-1598) or Philip III (1598-1621). The addition of the Hapsburg heraldry to the Spanish shield dates the 'coin' to after 1570. It is unclear whether this coin copies a Spanish-minted variety or one minted in the New World, although it may be copying the slightly squashed shape of the 'cob' coins minted in South America. A fake or counterfeit 8 reales piece of Phillip II of Spain (1556-1598), Mint of Lima. The coin has a flan of irregular thickness and the ridged edges suggest it has been cast. The coin appears to be of lead or an alloy of lead. It is most likely that the coin is of a modern date, although this remains somewhat uncertain. See HESH-B277B3 for a similar counterfeit coin from North Wales.

A rolled lead-alloy copy of a Roman coin, probably intended to represent a denarius dating to the early third century (Reece period 10 and 11). Both the obverse and reverse are illegible. There are other similar and more legible examples from the same deposit. The rolling of the coin is reminiscent of much larger curse tablets and it is possible that the treatment of the coin is an intentional votive act.
