An incomplete copper alloy dupondius of the Roman period possibly from the reign of Trajan (AD 98-117). Due to heavy corrosion and some damage, only the front of the bust is visible with none of the inscription left on the coin. However,it is possibly a bust of Trajan. Reverse description: As with the obverse, it is only possible to see a small piece of the reverse. There is possibly a seated figure. A line forming an exergue is visible upon which only the letter S can be seen. The coin is in a very poor condition with corrosion affecting both faces,obscuring most of the information…
