A copper-alloy clipped nummus of the House of Constantine (this coin was struck for Constantine I, Constantine II, Constantius II, Constans and Delmatius), dating to the period AD 335-341 (Reece 17). GLORIA EXERCITVS reverse depicting two soldiers and one standard. The mint is possibly London as an 'O' is clearly visible under the exergue, although this is uncertain as the other letters have been removed by clipping.
