A lead disc from an alnage cloth seal of probable late 17th to early 18th century date.
The sub-circular disc retains a portion of the folded connecting strip. The upper surface bears a crowned thistle in stamped relief. The thistle separates 'I / I/2', the duty in pence. Around the perimeter of the disc is a segmented border.
The piece measures 16.9mm long, 14.5mm wide and 0.9mm thick. The weight is 1.13g.

Medieval lead token, 32mm in diameter and 4mm thick. The object is in good condition with a cream patina and weighs 25.17 grams. The token is decorated on one side with a flower motif picked out in raised outline.

Unusual lead disc with the obverse of a coin on one surface. The surface depicts the bust of the emperor Septimus Severus looking right wearing a laureate crown. Surrounding this is the inscription SEVERVS AVG PART MAX. The reverse is complete filed flat and smooth. The perimeter of the object is irregular in places and even has what appears to be a striking crack above the head of the emperor.
