A complete late Iron Age copper-alloy stater, struck circa AD 15-40. Inscribed Corieltavian, Series 2 Aunt Cost Left stater. Obverse: wreath crossed by bar with crescent at each end, ring of pellets in each crescent. Reverse: lunate horse facing left, with inscription [A]V[N] OCT. This is probably a contemporary copy as the inscription is blundered. ABC 1932, Hobbs 1996, p. 179-180, 3258-3260.

Obverse: A warrior on a horse right holding spear and shield, [CV] behind, [NOB] below.
Reverse: Warrior standing left holding spear and shield, [TASCIIOVANTIS] around.
Dimensions: diameter: 13.75mm; weight: 1.65g

Both obverse and reverse images are quite worn and debased. There is no central pellet upon reverse side of the coin and broad casting sprue around the edge.
