A post medieval base silver penny of Edward VI dating to AD 1550-1553. The coin is misshapen and the legends on both sides of the coin have evidence of overstamping and the obverse appears to have parts of the reverse legend on it (although it does not appear to be a brockage), although the centre of the coins does not appear to have been overstamped.
