A Roman probably base silver contemporary cast copy of a denarius of Faustina I (AD 138-61), the reverse depicting an unidentified figure standing left with sceptre. Minted at Rome probably post AD 141 (Reece period 7). The coin is very worn, legends lost.

A silver denarius of Faustina I, minted after her death in AD 141, and before the death of her husband, the Emperor Antoninus Pius, in AD 161 (Reece Period 7). AETERNITAS reverse type depicting Juno standing left holding sceptre. Mint of Rome. RIC III, p69 no.344a.
The coin measures 18mm in diameter, is 2.3mm thick and weighs 2.9g. It is heavily worn.

Measures 19.80mm, weighs 2.07g, die axis 6. The edge of the flan is split.
