The coin has been halved and only the central part of the flan survives, the outer circle having broken away around the line of the inner circle removing all of the inscriptions, leaving just a small single cross pattee on the reverse, and part of the bust drapery on the obverse. FEL TEMP REPARATIO reverse type depicting soldier spearing fallen horseman. The coin is overstruck on an VRBS ROMA Wolf and Twins House of Constantine commemorative nummus, from the Mint of Trier, dating to the period AD 330 to 335 (cf. RIC VII, p. 214, no. 522). 18mm diameter.

Possibly letter or symbols in reverse fields, but coin appears to be of an early issue, or even a contemporary copy. The coin is 22.8mm in diameter, 1.9mm thick and weighs 3.27g.
