A bent and broken early-medieval silver halfpenny of Æthelstan (924-39), two-line/horizontal type (HT1; North 668/1 var), moneyer: Cunerof (probably), mint: uncertain. Ref: North 1994: 132-4. The coin is missing approximately 30-40% of the flan, and has removed most of the moneyer's name, leaving only OF remaining.
