These appear to be of the late third century, Romano-British Barbarous Radiates. The smaller coins have not been struck (with the exception of one) - flans such as this are referred to as blanks. These have the characteristics one would expect of a blank - square edges and relatively thick in comparison to a struck coin. These flans are important as they may indicate a site of manufacture or the source of a counterfeiting during this period. Counterfeit coins were in circulation and it seems accepted by the Romans.
