French post-medieval silver douzain of Henry IV of France (1589-1610), Douzain aux deux H, date on coin 15[...], AD 1589-1599, mint unclear. This coin has received a counter-stamp on the reverse. Such a countermark, of a fleur-de-lis in an oval of pellets, revalued the coin at 15 deniers under Louis XIII during the ordinance of June 1640.

Base silver (billon blanc) douzain of Henry III (1574-1589) of France, missing date but of the type with alternating crown and lis on the reverse, which has been later perforated inside of one edge for suspension. The mint letter on the obverse below the shield and within the legend, but inverted, appears to be a 'B' which refers to Rouen in Normandy.
