Although the reverse legend is illegible, this coin is probably one of the ADVENTVS issue struck by Hadrian for the Provinces. The reverse probably shows Hadrian on the right addressing / sacrificing with the personification of the province that would be named in the inscription; there is probably an altar in between them.
