An incomplete and worn base silver Roman denarius, possibly of Geta (AD 209-212) (Reece period 10). Reverse type depicting Minerva standing left holding vertical spear and resting hand on shield. Possibly Eastern mint. Cf. BMC p. 296, no. 719 for the reverse type.
