A copper alloy as of Antoninus Pius (AD 138-61), possibly dating to the period AD 154-155 (Reece Period 7). Possibly BRITANNIA COS IIII S C reverse type depicts possibly Britannia seated left. Mint of Rome. RIC vol III, p. 142, cf. no. 934. This is possibly a 'Coin of British Association', many of these pieces being found in the Sacred Spring in Bath (Walker 1988, pp. 297-8, no. 73 passim.

AETERNTAS reverse type depicts Pietas standing left raising her right hand and holding a box of incense, with SC in the field. Mint of Rome. RIC vol III p 166 no 1162. This is probably a 'Coin of British Association' struck at Rome only for use in Britain - see D. R. Walker 'The Roman Coins' from Bath, p. 298, no. 299 ff. 74 coins of this type were found at Bath.
