Complete Edward I hammered silver penny, Class 1A, London mint.
Obverse features central bust of Edward I with plain banded crown with central lis, pearl and trifoliate side-fleurs within beaded circle. The coin displays little wear and the legend reads 'EDW REX ANGL DNS HYB'. The 'N' is in lombardic form. Initial mark is a cross pattee.
The reverse features a long cross dividing a beaded circle with three pellets in the divided segments. The legend reads 'CIVI TAS LON DON'. The 'N' is in Roman form.

Silver hammered Elizabeth I halfgroat, dating to 1558-1560 or 1567-1570 AD (the mint mark, a lis, was used twice). Obverse features left-facing bust of Elizabeth I with two pellets behind within a beaded circle. Bust is slight worn and parts of the legend are not legible. Legend: [I.]D.[G.R]OSA.SINE.SPINA. Reverse features a fourchee long-cross above royal shield within beaded circle. Mint mark: lis (1558-1560 AD; 1567-1570). Legend: [CI]VI.TA[S.L]ON.D[ON]. It has an irregular flan.

A complete hammered silver cut penny of the Short Cross type formed by halving a full penny.
The reverse features one arm of the shortcross dividing a central circle with two pelleted quatrefoils. The legend reads ER.ON., with pellets between the words.
The obverse is severely worn and any bust detail is unidentifiable. The legend reads 'CVS R'.
Short Cross coinage dates from 1180-1247 AD, during the reigns of Henry II, Richard I, John and Henry III.

Complete silver hammered Edward I (1272-1306 AD) penny, minted in London.
Obverse is very worn but depicts the bust of Edward I in trifoliate crown. Legend is illegible.
Reverse is very worn but depicts circle quartered by long cross with three pellets in each segment. The only legible part of the legend reads 'LON', indicating it was minted in London.
Silver pennies of this form were minted between 1279-c.1333, with Edward I issue dating until 1306.
