Complete copper alloy Roman nummus of Constantine I AD 306-337, Thessalonica Mint (RIC VII no. 101, page 511), Reece period 16, AD 320. The obverse shows a laureate bust right with legend either side of bust. Legend: CONSTAN/TINVS/AVG. The reverse shows a laurel wreath enclosing VOT XX. Legend: D N CONSTANTINI MAX AVG, with TSAVI in exergue. The coin has some wear on both sides but is otherwise in good condition.
