A Roman silver siliqua of Constantius II (AD 323-61), dating to the period c.AD 359-361 (Reece period 18). It measures 17mm and weighs 1.69g. The coin has some wear and is split too. It appears to be a contemporary plated forgery as well.

Obverse: Diademed bust right.
Reverse: Wreath containing VOT / V / MVLT / X.
The National Finds Adviser wonders, given the very small module (12mm), if this is actually a vota piece of the House of Theodosius dating to AD 379-88 - for example see LRBC p. 47, nos. 147-9. Without an image it is not possible to be certain.
