A copper-alloy Roman nummus of the fourth century. The small diameter of the coin (9.47 mm) may suggest that it is a contemporary copy, although if it is it has been well executed. It may instead be a genuine copy which has been clipped. It may be a Fel Temp Reparatio issue of 353 to 361 AD.
