Clipped silver siliqua, possibly of Julian as Augustus (360-3), VOT/X/MVLT/XX, possibly Lyons or Arles, 360-3. RIC VIII, c.f. Lyons 234 / Arles 309. The original record suggested Valentinian I, but the reverse type is much more common for Julian (it only being used at Eastern mints in Valentinian's reign).
