Copper alloy nummus of Constantius Gallus as Caesar (AD 351-354), Reece period 18, FEL TEMP REPARATIO reverse type depicting a soldier, advancing left, with spear in right hand and shield in left, spearing a fallen horseman on the ground to the left of the soldier, dating from AD 353-354. Reverse mint mark with triangle behind bust on obverse, so Third Series (AD 353-354), and RP in exergue and 'Γ' to left of horseman on reverse which is mint of Rome.
