A Roman copper alloy nummus of 4th century AD date that has been struck at least twice. The first striking seems to be a nummus of Magnentius that is probably a contemporary copy and with a reverse type of two victories standing holding a shield (VICTORIAE DD NN AVG ET CAES), c.351-353 AD, or of FELICITAS REI PVBLICE type with emperor standing, c. 350-1. This is overstruck by a nummus of Constantius II with reverse type of soldier spearing fallen horseman (FEL TEMP REPARATIO), which ia a contemporary copy, c. 355-361 AD.

A worn and corroded mid 4th-century copper-alloy irregular Roman nummus: a contemporary copy of Constantius II, 'FEL TEMP REPARATIO' (fallen horseman), uncertain mint (c. 355 - c. 361 AD; Reece issue period 18; cf. Boon 157). The dies do not respect the small flan, particularly on the obverse face.
