A nummus fragment of the House of Constantine. There is an overstruck bust (contemporary copy) over a nummus of Constantine II as Caesar (AD 317-37). The reverse is illegible, but it is highly likely that the overstrike is a contemporary copy of Constantius II with the FEL TEMP REPARATIO, fallen horseman reverse, c. 355-61. Such coins are often overstruck on earlier pieces.
