A double pierced copper-alloy Roman nummus of Constantine I (AD 306-337), dating to the period AD 313-314 (Reece Period 15). SOLI INVICTO COMITI reverse type depiting Sol standing left, raising right hand, and holding a globe in left. Mint of London. As RIC VII, p. 98, no. 10. The two perforations are circular in shape. Each has a diameter of approximately 2.6mm. The holes are set 2.5mm apart from each other and 1.6mm in from the edge of the flan.
