A worn, corroded and incomplete early 4th-century copper-alloy Roman nummus of Constantine I, 'SOLI INVICTO COMITI', London mint (307-18 AD; Reece issue period 15). The coin has been pierced at a later date, presumably to convert it to a jewellery item. The piercing respects neither obverse nor reverse orientation.
