A copper-alloy Roman contemporary copy of a nummus or base silver/billon argenteus of Constantine I (AD 306-337), dating to the period c.AD 313 (Reece period 15). VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINCIP(IVM), Two Victories standing facing one another holding a shield inscribed VOT/P R. Prototype of the mint of Trier. Base silver or billon coins of this type fall into a small group of debased argentei issued by Constantine I, Licinius I, and Maximinus Daia.
