An extremely worn and corroded late 3rd-/early 4th-century copper-alloy Roman nummus possibly of Galerius as Caesar, 'GENIO POPVLI ROMANI', Mint of Lyon (c. AD 294-298; Reece issue period 15). This coin has suffered significant circumferential losses and on the reverse has been marked/scratched several times.
