Very worn and clipped silver post medieval coin. The coin is very thin and next to no detail remains. On one face a very slight trace of a legend can be seen, possibly [...] OA [...]. On the other a possible vestige of a flat topped shield. Both faces show evidence of a beaded inner circle. The size of the flan and dimensions of the inner circle fit with a threepence of Charles I such as Spink 2877. Circa first half of 17th century.
