A silver quart d'ecu (quarter ecu) of Henri IV of France (AD 1589-1610) dated 1605. The coin is worn around the mint and privy marks below the shield on the reverse, however it is likely that the mint if Bordeaux (mint leter K). These are not common coins and this appears to be the first of its type recorded on this database.
