Silver minim of the Southern Region / Regini and Atrebates, struck for Caratacus, c. AD 40-43. Obverse: CAR with ringed pellet above and below. Reverse: Boar's head right, with (C?)V below. This coin is not published in ABC, but is of similar type to a piece of Epaticcus (ABC 1370). Given the similarity between coins of Epaticcus and Caratacus (eg. ABC 1346 and 1376), this coin could be predicted. The most logical explanation for CV on the reverse is that it stands for Cunobelinus.

An uninscribed silver minim dating to the Iron Age, c. 60-30 BCE. Although this coin shares decorative motifs with various types, a parallel has not been identified in either the British Iron Age Coin Catalogue or Ancient British Coins ('ABC'). The obverse depicts a whirligig sun surrounded by alternating pellets with a group of one thick curved line and two to three thin beaded lines. It is possible that the curved thick lines are meant to represent a bird. The other face depicts a horse galloping left, while looking backwards right; a ring-and-dot pellet decorates its chest, perh…

A very worn late first century Iron Age silver minim, of uninscribed type. One side of the coin has been offstruck, and shows a small cross within a pelleted circle; the other shows a reverse bell-shape with an additional pellet to the right. This has similarities to ABC 1142 depicting a Tincomarus Bull's head facing forward (which is a particularly rare coin). Whilst the worn nature of this coin makes certain identification difficult, it is probable that this coin was of a similar type and date (c. 20 BC - AD 10).

A very worn Iron Age silver minim of unidentified origination, probably uninscribed, c. 60-20 BC. One side of the coin seems to depict either a simple star design with a central pellet or circle; the other side seems to depict a standing horse facing right with an attribute, either a pellet or other figure, to the right of the horse. No further detail is legible and it is uncertain if this is an uninscribed coin; however, the style of this coin seems consistent with a pre-Conquest date.
